We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor in our Bryan, TX facility.


  • Perform preventative maintenance activities
  • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
  • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
  • Perform repair and maintenance of fleet equipment, tools, and materials
  • Inspection of and evaluation of fleet and equipment
  • Maintain asset branding procedures
  • Analyze and document fleet and asset inventory
  • Assist the fleet manager to plan, direct, and monitor the maintenances and repairs of all vehicles and assets.
  • Ability to provide leadership and management skills to staff
  • Generating reports for department operations
  • Collaborate with Fleet Manager to create maintenance programs and procedures




  • 2+ years of similar experience
  • Proficient with standard business productivity software (MS Office, IE, Chrome, etc.)
  • Age 21 or older with valid driver’s license
  • ASE certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of automobile operations and maintenance
  • Diagnostics experience; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Electrical experience preferred
  • Diesel experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through oral and written means


  • Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job
  • Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise
  • Exposure to climate conditions of the geographic area while working away from the normal work area along highways, streets and overpasses
  • Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants


  • Ability to enter and exit the driver's compartment of the truck and/or behind cab using normally available footholds and handholds.
  • Ability to move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Able to work varying shifts.
