    We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor for our Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of 4-5 Collection Specialists; ensure all policies are followed
    • Set and manage weekly collection goals for the team
    • Review new customer credit applications, establish credit limits for new customers
    • Provide excellent customer service to customers and internal business units regarding collection issues
    • Enlist the efforts of internal management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
    • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining key assigned accounts
    • Communicate and follow up effectively with the billing department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
    • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers, and internal customers
    • Assigning and scheduling workload
    • Coaching and counseling team members
    • Monitor and resolve day to day issues

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree is preferred
    • 1-3 years collections supervisory experience required in a high volume, fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of management
    • Microsoft office - intermediate to advanced skills required
    • Experience with Salesforce a plus
