    We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to be based in the sales territory of Virginia, Louisville, and Nashville.


    • Develop territory plans and strategies in cooperation with field Operations to grow the business and achieve the company’s sales goals
    • Relationship management and business development of regional contacts a top tier accounts
    • Growth and retention of existing accounts in territory
    • Identification, growth and retention of new accounts
    • Identify key decision makers within companies to establish professional relationships and win business
    • Seek out and research prospective projects and drive the process for major project pursuit
    • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding client requirements or project needs and provide solutions based on the existing or new client needs
    • Documenting the processes, requirements and respond to client RFPs
    • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, with focus on company profitability goals and objectives
    • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
    • Service clients by recommending our available solutions/products for their current needs
    • Forecast sales goals, build a strong pipeline and measure business results
    • Attend networking events/trade shows to build clientele relations
    • Perform follow-up with clients to ensure the operating contract and performance is satisfactory
    • Assists in the evaluation of lost projects in order to increase contract wins
    • Keep Senior Management informed of business conditions which may affect assigned products or markets
    • Keenly track economic and industry activity and understand its implications on customer business, including potential new business opportunities
    • Learn sales techniques and acquiring product knowledge to sell existing services as well as services tied to new industry segments


    • 5+ years of sales experience with demonstrated customer service acumen
    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
    • Track record of successful selling
    • Availability to work and travel within the assigned territory 75% of the time
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and sales skills
    • Superior sales instincts and drive, extremely self-motivated, highly persistent and focused
    • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills
