    Support Center Assistant - Canton, OH

    We are currently seeking Full and Part Time Field Coordinators for ALL shifts for our Support Center in Canton, OH.


    • Handle all inbound calls to the AWP Support Center, taking customer job orders, and directing call inquiries to appropriate AWP personnel.
    • Document all work order changes during the after-hours window and follow standard protocol for communicating changes and updating the work orders.
    • Utilize AWP's Salesforce technology platform to enter customer job orders ensuring all relevant information is captured and documented. 
    • Maintain emergency call-out lists and advise Managementof changes
    • Maintain on-call rotation information from the field for the AWP Support Center use
    • Maintain temporary agency contact information
    • Triage requests from Traffic Control staff to the appropriate person
    • Ensure employee phone records are up to date for dispatch purposes
    • Communicate daily work assignments to facility personnel, handling confirmations, and exceptions.


    • Must be extremely detail-oriented
    • Must be proficient to an intermediate level on MS Office/Computer navigation and internet research

    • Must have 2-3 years' experience in a call center / order taking role
    • Must have strong customer service skills
