    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Answer and route internal/external incoming calls – identify need and route to appropriate individual 
    • Take order information for traffic control services and enter into Salesforce accurately  
    • Verify accurate pricing on a daily basis using internal software 
    • Request and document credit card information for emergency accounts when an account does not already exist 
    • Resource all same day call outs 
    • Receive employee call offs from Field Operations, enter into Salesforce, report shortages when necessary 
    • Receive employee calls regarding cancellations or early start times 
    • Process customer requests to cancel, reschedule and/or reroute existing orders 
    • Monitor and route email requests, both internal and external (i.e. orders, change requests, questions and concerns) 
    • Escalate critical customer service related issues to the appropriate individual 
    • Other duties as assigned 

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION 

    • High School Diploma or GED 
    • One (1) year experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred 
    • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; pleasant speaking voice 
    • Prioritize tasks and manage priority shifts throughout the day 
    • Excellent nonverbal communication skills 
    • Detail oriented and organized 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point) 

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

    Employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following: 

    • This facility is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Rotating shifts as well as holiday coverage may be required 
    • Varying shifts include: 12:00 am - 8:00 am, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 4:00 pm  12:00 am 
    • Primarily sedentary or working at a desk 
    • Occasionally lift and move 10 -25 pounds  
    • While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear 
    • The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms
